the issue tonight. She climbed the stairs and opened the door to her room. The smell of hibiscus filled the air. She closed the door and fell onto the bed. The window was open, and the air was very cool. The rain had cooled the day and made the night quite chilly. She wrapped her shawl around her and laid in bed. The shawl, she had forgotten about it. She held it to her face and breathed in the aromas from the castle. While her friend may not believe her, she knew the truth. Anna brought a tray with tea and fresh baked cookies. She did not stay long, insisting that, Liz needed to rest. They would continue their conversation in the morning, is all she would say. Alone in the cool room, a bit confused and very tired, Liz sipped her tea and wrote in her journal.
