Arrin took a seat in the chair beside his bed and as he shoved his left foot into the boot said, “Before you take me to the men’s dorm I’d like a tour of the colony. I barely had a glimpse of it the other day on the balcony, and ever since I’ve been confined to either the bed or this room. I’d like a better look at my prison before I’m confined again.” He started lacing his boot.

“I’m sorry, but I can’t take you on a tour today,” Pastor Willis said. “I must take you directly to the dorm.”
