Phoebe Quinn is a writer of dark fiction based who has recently left London with her partner to return to her home city in Lancashire, England. She started her first novel aged six, with an opening of "once a pon a time". Both her spelling and her ideas have improved since then.

GLOW is her first serialised project and is based on a concept she has had in her Work In Progress folder for the last three years. She is also working on a novel of interconnected stories, which will be published on Amazon in Spring 2017.

Phoebe studied Psychology at university, and later went on to complete a Masters in Addiction. When Phoebe isn't writing, she works as an addictions recovery coordinator in a men's prison. Her hobbies include making up stories about people in coffee shops, exploring the endless beauty of the Lake District, and daydreaming about the time when she will be able to afford a cat.
