Music triggers our brains to think differently.  There are studies showing that certain types of music can help us do math easier or retain information better. Just look at the ABC song for proof. You KNOW you still sing it when you need to figure out which letter comes after Q. (You just did it, didn’t you?)

     That is why Lesson 3 of Kickstarts! is all about using music to help you write your masterpiece or fine tune your characters!

     I will be suggesting songs, but I also highly encourage you to explore the many different types of music out there. New things spark new ideas! So turn up the volume and let's write!                     ~Brittney
