Nathan lifted a set of keys from Agent Monahan before taking off in his FBI issued black Chevy Suburban with Leo in the passenger seat.  The two men agreed the best course of action after reaching their destination would be to sleep in the vehicle until morning.  As soon as the sun came up, they walked through the woods until they found the outskirts of Howard’s property.  They caught a break when Kate exited the driveway in her Range Rover.       

When Bernard knocked on the door of Howard’s study, he noticed his butler appeared to be nervous.  “Come in.”
